As part of our collaboration with Swiss Land Estates SA, the Swiss subsidiary of the British family office Northumberland Estates, Marks designed and developed a comprehensive brand identity. This project encompassed the creation and design of internal and external documents, as well as various corporate materials, with the objective of building a strong visual identity aligned with the company’s values. Specializing in the development of industrial buildings in Switzerland, Germany, and the United States, Swiss Land Estates sought an image reflecting its expertise and international commitment.Through this collaboration, Marks translated Swiss Land Estates’ vision into enduring graphic elements, designed to reflect and reinforce their commitment to economic and environmental development. Each medium was developed to meet specific communication needs, both internally and with their partners, while respecting the ethics and long-term ambitions of this family-owned company.
We supported the promotion of the SBP1+ project by creating a dedicated online infographic. This infographic showcases the extension of the SBP1 industrial building in Geneva, which will triple its usable space while offering optimized functional areas. The visual identity and content were carefully crafted to reflect the innovative nature of this project, while highlighting Swiss Land Estates’ commitment to sustainable developments tailored to market demands.

The design highlights their expertise and innovative projects while emphasizing their active role in the energy transition. By adopting a modern and streamlined approach, the site reinforces SLEnergy’s identity as a key player in the sector, with a mission focused on environmentally friendly solutions adapted to the current needs of businesses.
